Photos and generated videos

We use your one adult photo and optional director’s note to generate the requested video. Generation requests are processed through a cloud video API using Seedance 2.0 Mini. Uploaded inputs and generated outputs are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and accessed through temporary links.

We periodically delete our stored copies of uploaded inputs older than 24 hours and generated outputs older than 30 days. Download your output before it expires. These cleanup periods apply only to our stored copies; they do not describe upstream providers’ retention or training policies, or purchase and security-record retention.

Browser and server data

A first-party browser cookie maintains your visitor session, credits and task access. Server access logs may contain IP addresses and request information.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and card details. Purchase and payment references are used to track credits and handle order questions. Do not send card details or identity photos to support.

Purchase recovery

If you choose purchase recovery, the checkout email you enter is used to look for previous purchases. For a matching purchase, a six-digit code is sent through Cloudflare’s email service. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Recovery request records contain hashed identifiers and a hashed code for security and rate limiting. Code expiry does not itself delete the request record.

Support requests

When you submit the Contact form, we store your email, optional order or task reference, message, request number and processing status in our database to handle your request. A hashed network identifier is stored to limit abuse. No confirmation email is sent. Media cleanup periods do not apply to these support records.

Privacy requests

For deletion requests or questions about photos, videos, purchases or security records, use the Contact form. Include the order or task reference where relevant; do not attach photos or card details.
